- Lawn Damage: Tire tracks, footprints, grass wear, soil compaction, dead spots, discoloration
- Landscaping Damage: Damaged plants, flowers, shrubs, trees, mulch displacement, rock displacement, garden beds
- Underground Systems: Sprinkler systems, irrigation lines, invisible pet fences, buried utilities, septic systems, drainage systems
- Personal Property: Toys, decorations, outdoor furniture, grills, planters, garden ornaments, sports equipment
- Structures: Fences, gates, sheds, decks, patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls
- Vehicles: Cars, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, trailers parked on property
- Pets: Injury to pets left unsecured during service
- Any Other Property: Any other damage of any kind to any property
- MAXIMUM LIABILITY CAP: In the unlikely event that we are found liable for any damage despite this disclaimer, our maximum liability is strictly limited to $100.00 per incident, regardless of the actual cost of damage or repair.
- CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are solely responsible for:

- COMPLETE WAIVER OF CLAIMS: You completely waive, release, and forever discharge any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action against TravelCrock LLC, WhoGivesAShit.dog, and our officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates for any property damage of any kind.
- INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TravelCrock LLC, WhoGivesAShit.dog, and our officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from property damage claims.
