How often should I have my yard cleaned?
It depends on your dog(s) and yard usage. Single dogs typically need monthly service, while multiple dogs or heavy usage benefits from bi-weekly or weekly cleaning.
Do you provide your own equipment?
Yes! We bring all professional-grade equipment including scoopers, biodegradable bags, sanitizing spray, and waste containers. You don't need to provide anything.
What if I need to skip a service?
No problem! Just give us 24 hours notice and we can skip a service or reschedule. We understand life happens and we're flexible with your needs.
Do you service during holidays?
We provide service on most holidays, though we may adjust schedules. Premium customers get priority holiday scheduling and our Daily Constitutional includes holiday service.
What about payment and billing?
We accept all major credit cards and offer automatic monthly billing for convenience. You'll receive email receipts and can manage billing through our customer portal.
